Please complete the form below to submit your monthly meter reads to CWPDA prior to the 7th of the following month. In order to use this service you must complete all appropriate spaces.  At this point you need to complete the form for each read seperately.  We are working on a more convenient way of submitting.  If you have excess pumping available and would be willing to sell to another member in your area, please contact our office Immediately as we have members needing additional pumping.  Thank You!!
